Compassion Tune - Up
July 30 - May 4th
Week two of the Compassion Master Class series is coming soon! This week-long program will connect you to feelings of peace, calm and clarity.
You will learn about the 3 modes of nature (tamas, rajas and sattva) and gain tools to help you clear your energy so you can live life with ease.
You will experience blissful meditations that will help you let go of things that don't matter. This allows for deeper sleep, more peace and spontaneous joy!
You will get to practice yoga with two teachers, Sadhvi and Mahatma, in a single class providing you the care and loving attention you deserve.
What's included in the Tune - Up week?
This year the Tune-Ups will focus on the three (3) Modes of Nature (the Gunas). These three energies exist around us and within us and govern how we see, interact with and feel about the world. Learning about the Gunas (what they are, how to recognize them & how they affect us) opens our hearts to compassion because we are able to look past the "energy Gunas" that are controlling the immediate reactions and see deeper into the overall situation.
Being aware of the Gunas will help you separate the energies you are presently feeling from the buried energies of who you truly are. It will help you see a difference in the words that are said by those who said them and the actions that are taken by those who took them.
You will learn to see that what is aggravating, frustating or annoying you is simply the energy of the Gunas. You will learn how to cultivate compassion for these energies, which will help you be more peaceful, calm and happy inside.
Each Tune-Up week is designed as a stand-alone course so you can jump in at any point and connect to the lessons and classes. Of course, a deeper connection is built by participating in multiple weeks.
Weekly Tune - Up Schedule
Sunday 8:00 - 9:00pm MST
The "Epic Compassion Lesson" will be LIVE on Facebook and Zoom. This masterclass is key to success in the tune-up program because it is the juice that we will be explaining and drinking all week.
Monday - Friday 6:30 - 7:00am MST
Wake up with morning meditations and short lessons every day of the week. These meditations will clear your energy so you feel light and fresh. Then you can move through the day with ease.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:15 - 8:00am MST
Enjoy 3 LIVE yoga classes on Zoom. The replay will be posted to Tune-Up private Facebook group. Sadhvi will be able to give direct cues and modifications for your body and inspirations for your spirit.
Thursday 8:00 - 9:00pm MST
