Reiki sessions are available in Riggins or in the comfort of your own home.
Reiki is an energy balancing technique that promotes stress reduction, relaxation and healing. Reiki energy is gently offered to your entire body and energy field. With Elizabeth's soft healing touch, you will melt into a blissful and balanced state. Reiki releases muscle tension, calms the mind and stimulates healthy hormones. Sometimes people will experience light, color or profound realizations. The sessions are a delight.

Intrigued by the energy of Reiki? Want to be able to channel healing energy to yourself and others? Join a Reiki training to connect to this channel of love and light.
Yoga Inbody follows the traditional Usi Lineage of Reiki. This lineage teaches three distinct "levels/tiers" of Reiki attunement (certification).
All of Yoga Inbody's Reiki trainings are kept intentionally small (4 people max). This allows for more personal attention and an opportunity to understand and connect to Reiki energy.
All trainings have the opportunity to add a retreat to the experience. This recommended option includes on-site lodging, invigorating morning yoga classes and an evening restorative yoga class.
