The 2025 January Compassion Challenge

Start your year immersed in juicy lessons, heart-melting kirtans, stress-relieving meditations, and transformative yoga practices. 

 

This 3 week challenge allows you to explore the yogic path of love and devotion supported by deep feelers from around the world.

 

During the Compassion Challenge you will

Develop a deeper sense of feelings so you can give love to others without getting burnt out or feeling exhausted.

 

There is a place of peace, calm and happiness that exists within you. Through the ancient teachings & wisdom of India, you can find here.

You don’t have to lose weight to feel light and energized. This program will helps you develop self worth and fill you with positive energy that lasts all year long.

 After this program you will notice stressful things seem less stressful and situations that once bothered you no longer "bring you down." 

The people you spend time with rub off on you. Feel the loving embrace and support from people all over the world.

Learn tools to stay calm and centered when things don’t go as planned or are outside of your control.

Weekly Schedule 

January 5th-24th

2025

  • Epic Compassion Lessons (Sunday 8pm MST - 9pm MST) 

    Each week of the compassion challenge starts with an online lesson on zoom. You will learn about Bhakti so you can better serve the ones you love. During the lessons you will awaken a deeper sense of Self and  feel the power of self-love and compassion. 

  • Morning Meditations (Monday - Friday 6:30am MST - 7:00am MST) 

    The guided meditations are for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. You will experience calming breathing practices, joyful kirtans and powerful mantras. Jai Sri Radhe! 

  • Live Kirtans & Community Connection (Thursday 8:00pm MST - 9:00pm MST) 

    Kirtans are musical meditations that use traditional Indian instruments and call and response mantra singing/chanting. Kirtan melts your heart and it is one of the most effective ways to keep your mind peaceful and calm throughout your day.  

     

    The community connection is an interactive zoom call that allows you to meet and share with other members of the Compassion Community. This is your chance to reflect on your growth and ask any questions that may be bubbling to the surface. 

  • LIVE Yoga Practice (time to be determined)

    Practice yoga asana LIVE with Sadhvi on Zoom. Yoga allows for a soul to soul connection, so you can feel her love as you stretch your body and purify negative energy.  Get ready for some yoga bliss and joy!

    Putting things on a to-do list for later just adds stress to your life and, all too often, the most important thing gets pushed to the bottom of your list...YOU. Taking care of yourself allows everything else to flow with ease. Don't wait - commit to yourself now. 

  • " ... I don't have time."

    Life is full of obligations. We spend so much time on things that seem important at that moment, only to have that moment pass, a whole new set of "important must-do's" arise, and we forget about the "important" tasks of previous moments. This busyness fills our hours, days, months, years so much that we forget what is truly important. This year, let go of just one of these "important" tasks (that may not really be that important after all) and give yourself the opportunity to focus on something that is truly important and lasting.

  • " ... I don't have the money."

    Meditation, mantra and compassion have been scientifically shown to reduce stress and keep you calm and healthy. Plus, this program opens your heart to trust, so you are prepared when life throws you an unexpected twist. What price would you put on staying calm, peaceful and healthy in any situation? 

  • " ... That time won't work for me."

    Since we are a global community, we understand you might not be about to make it to the videos LIVE. All of the videos are available on replay so you can watch them at a time for you. Plus we have an accountability system so you still feel very connected to the group.

  • " ... I'm not sure if this is my path."

    What we share in the compassion challenge allows you to grow mentally and spiritually, which means you will get to know yourself better and learn how to love and accept yourself. Love is the basis of all spiritual practices, and it is as necessary to our hearts as air is to our lungs. If you want to go skiing, you go to the mountains. If you want to feel Love, you go to Vrindavan. Love will benefit you on any path and during part of your life. .

The private facebook group is full of inspiration and positive energy. You will be inspired by other people's real life compassion stories and you are more than welcome to share your breakthrough moments as well. This is the 7th year of the Compassion Challenge and the community love and support continues to grow. 

Closing Ceremony January 30, 2025

At this special ceremony we will announce the Compassion Sadhaka (honorary student). This is a sweet time to reflect on your growth and receive blessings for what will come.
