Epic Compassion Lessons (Sunday 8pm MST - 9pm MST)
Each week of the compassion challenge starts with an online lesson on zoom. You will learn about Bhakti so you can better serve the ones you love. During the lessons you will awaken a deeper sense of Self and feel the power of self-love and compassion.

Morning Meditations (Monday - Friday 6:30am MST - 7:00am MST)
The guided meditations are for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. You will experience calming breathing practices, joyful kirtans and powerful mantras. Jai Sri Radhe!

Live Kirtans & Community Connection (Thursday 8:00pm MST - 9:00pm MST)
Kirtans are musical meditations that use traditional Indian instruments and call and response mantra singing/chanting. Kirtan melts your heart and it is one of the most effective ways to keep your mind peaceful and calm throughout your day.
The community connection is an interactive zoom call that allows you to meet and share with other members of the Compassion Community. This is your chance to reflect on your growth and ask any questions that may be bubbling to the surface.

LIVE Yoga Practice (time to be determined)
Practice yoga asana LIVE with Sadhvi on Zoom. Yoga allows for a soul to soul connection, so you can feel her love as you stretch your body and purify negative energy. Get ready for some yoga bliss and joy!
